fliks.gg lets people upload gameplay clips and have the community rate them. By creating an account or using fliks.gg, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you may use fliks.gg only with the involvement of a parent or guardian. You are responsible for activity on your account.
Your content
You keep ownership of the clips, comments, and other content you upload. You grant fliks.gg a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, display, and distribute that content for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You are responsible for having the rights to what you upload.
Ratings
Ratings you submit are final and cannot be changed after submission. Ratings are part of the shared scoring of a clip and remain associated with that clip. If you delete your account, your ratings are retained but disassociated from your identity.
Acceptable use
Do not upload content that is illegal, infringing, harassing, or sexualizing of minors; do not attempt to manipulate ratings, scrape the service, or disrupt its operation. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law.

fliks.gg is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, fliks.gg is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes
We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
